KIDA only hires individuals with the following qualifications:
- Earned their Bachelor’s degree (most have Master’s degree)
- Licensed or credentialed in their area of specialty
- Passed rigorous background check
- Several years’ experience working with kids on the spectrum
- Passion for helping children and families advance
- Disciplined, motivated, organized, and friendly
