The iPad and iPhone have come to represent a significant paradigm shift in how children on the spectrum interact with their world. And the apps that run on these touch-screen devices are becoming more and more sophisticated tools to train and teach children with autism language, sociability, communication and many other important life skills. With this in mind, we’re launching a new series, “Investigating the Apps,” to present you with some of the apps widely regarded as beneficial in the development of our kids.
